The D6800 Intelligent Sawing & Milling Workstation is a 14-axis CNC machining center engineered for flexible aluminum door and window production. It reinvents the traditional discrete “sawing + drilling & milling” workflow, achieving finished-part-out directly from raw material in a single integrated process.Its core lies in three-zone simultaneous machining: four spindles on the left of the saw blade handle left-end milling and laser scribing, one spindle on the right performs right-end milling, while the central saw blade cuts at any angle from -45° to +45°. The entire process requires only one clamping, completely eliminating sorting and material transfer. Driven by automatic labeling and ERP/MES connectivity, the workstation delivers a daily output of up to 200 m².

The blade features a lateral shift function to prevent dragging the cut surface during the return stroke.
• Spindle Milling That Protects the Profile Surface: All holes and slots are machined by five 3 KW high-speed spindles. No heat-affected zone, completely eliminating the coating “sunburn”effect and subsequent oxidation risks commonly caused by laser cutting.
• Highly Durable Core Components: The angle rotation reducer guarantees continuous rotation accuracy within 2 arc-minutes for 6,000 hours. The overall machine is engineered for long service life with minimal maintenance.
