This machine is used for sawing the mullion profiles of plastic doors and windows. Both the pressing and feeding operations of this machine adopt pneumatic drive, making sawing processing more convenient and efficient. When adjusting the profile width of this machine, the adjustment can be made with reference to the attached scales on the two vertical guide shafts, ensuring convenient adjustment and accurate sawing dimensions.
This machine features a compact structure, safe and convenient operation, and easy maintenance. It consists of a profile support frame, a main machine, and a profile measuring mechanism.
The profile support frame is connected to the main machine and is equipped with support rollers. The rollers rotate with the movement of the profile, making profile pushing and pulling lighter. Its height can be adjusted in accordance with the lifting of the worktable.
The profile measuring mechanism adopts a sliding structure. After dragging the positioning device to the required position, lock the pentagonal handle on it. A rocking handle is installed at the end of the measuring mechanism, which can be manually operated to adjust the rectangular tube of the measuring mechanism along with the lifting of the main machine. A scale is attached to the positioning mechanism for length dimension reference during positioning.
The frame of this machine adopts a square tube welded structure, featuring high rigidity and convenient waste cleaning.
