Column mounted Swing Arm Locking Vacuum Lifter
The 12-head column-mounted swing arm locking vacuum lifter is a high-efficiency auxiliary equipment specifically designed for lifting and transferring large panels. Featuring stable suction performance and flexible operation, it is widely used in various panel processing scenarios—whether in aluminum door/window fabrication, panel production, or warehousing and logistics. It effectively replaces manual handling, enabling safe and fast panel loading, improving work efficiency, and eliminating safety hazards. This provides strong support for enterprises in reducing labor costs and enhancing production efficiency.
Applications:
Leveraging its strong lifting capacity and flexible operation, this equipment is widely used in various panel processing and handling scenarios, and is particularly suitable for the following applications:
1.Aluminum Door & Window Fabrication Industry – Ideal for loading and transferring large aluminum panels and glass sheets. When used in conjunction with aluminum door and window processing equipment, it significantly improves loading efficiency and reduces material damage caused by manual handling.
2.Panel Processing Workshops – Suitable for lifting and transferring a wide range of large-format materials, including metal panels, composite panels, and glass sheets. It accommodates material flow between different workstations within the workshop and is highly versatile, fitting standard panel sizes of 4m × 2m.
3.Building Material Warehousing & Logistics – Enables efficient stacking, loading/unloading, and transfer of large panels. No complex auxiliary equipment is required. Its flexible operation adapts to different storage spaces, helping to reduce warehousing and logistics costs.
4.Other Industrial Applications – Ideal for short-distance transfer and loading of various heavy-duty panels, especially in work environments without power supply where mobility is required. The equipment adapts to a wide range of operating conditions.

Competitive Advantage:
1.Maximum Safety, Eliminating the Risk of Panel Falling:Equipped with high-strength wear-resistant suction cups that provide strong and durable adhesion. A professional vacuum locking device is installed, with each suction cup operating independently. Even in the event of a sudden drop in air pressure or an air hose rupture, the device can securely lock the panel, completely preventing fall accidents and ensuring the safety of both personnel and equipment.
2.Simple and Convenient Operation, Low Learning Curve:Supports both manual and remote control operation modes. The manual mode enables one-button suction and release, while the remote control allows long-distance operation. No professional training is required – ordinary workers can quickly master it. The lifting function supports inching control for precise height and position adjustment, adapting to various operational requirements.
3.Energy-Saving, High Efficiency, Adaptable to Various Working Conditions:Adopts a cantilever design that requires no external power supply-only a single air hose for normal operation, making it energy-efficient and environmentally friendly. The traveling unit features an air storage design, eliminating the need to follow the air hose and allowing flexible movement without being limited by hose length. It adapts to different working spaces and significantly improves operational efficiency.
4.Strong Versatility, Wide Application Range:Easily lifts various panels up to 600 kg and up to 4m × 2m in size, accommodating transfer needs for different materials and dimensions without requiring equipment changeover, thereby reducing capital investment.
5.Easy Maintenance, Long Service Life:The equipment has a simple structure. Daily maintenance only requires checking bolts, cleaning suction cups, and replenishing air pressure. Core components are made of high-quality materials that are wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, greatly extending the equipment's service life and reducing long-term maintenance costs.
Core Configuration & Operating Instructions:
The equipment comes fully equipped with a simple and easy-to-follow operation process, requiring no specialized skills for quick mastery. The detailed configuration and operating steps are as follows:
(I) Included Components
The equipment is supplied as standard with one pressure regulator, one 30-meter PU hose (size 12), and quick connectors, specifically used for charging the air receiver tank to ensure stable suction power. The air receiver tank is equipped with a built-in safety valve, which effectively prevents pressure overload and ensures operational safety.
(II) Operating Steps
1. Charging the Air Receiver Tank
Connect the quick connector of the pressure regulator to the air outlet of the air compressor. Adjust the pressure regulator to 8 kg (do not exceed 8 kg-the safety valve will automatically protect against pressure overload). Then connect the other end of the PU hose to the air receiver tank. Start the air compressor and begin charging until the specified pressure is reached.
2. Manual Operation
Set the manual switch to the "Suction" position and hold for 1-2 seconds. Observe that the suction cups have fully gripped the panel, then immediately release the switch to return it to the neutral position. To release the panel, observe that the panel is securely placed in position, then release the switch – the operation is efficient and convenient.
3. Remote Control Operation
The remote control is equipped with two "Suction" buttons and two "Release" buttons. Before operation, you must first press the "OFF" position of the "Release" button to reset. After resetting, press the "Suction" button and hold for 1-2 seconds, then immediately press the "OFF" position to lock. For long-distance operation, press the "Suction" button approximately every 20 seconds to reconfirm the suction status, ensuring safe lifting.
