LYJG-CO30X Carbon Dioxide Laser Marking Machine
Laser marking machines are mainly divided into carbon dioxide laser marking machines, fiber laser marking machines, UV laser marking machines and other laser marking equipment. CO2 laser marking machines are mainly used for marking in non-metallic industries.
CO2 laser marking machines are widely used in the marking and cutting of plastic products, clothing and leather, buttons, eyeglasses, handicrafts and gifts, electronic components, food packaging, organic glass, fabric cutting, architectural ceramics, PCBs, rubber products, shell nameplates and other items.
The working principle of CO2 laser marking machines is to adopt a gas laser in the infrared band with a wavelength of 10.64μm. CO2 gas is charged into a high-voltage discharge tube to generate glow discharge, causing gas molecules to release laser light. After amplifying the laser energy, a laser beam for material processing is formed. The laser beam vaporizes the surface of the workpiece to achieve the purpose of engraving.
• Non-contact processing enables the engraving of exquisite marks on any regular or irregular surfaces;
• Low operating cost, fast marking speed with one-step forming, and minimal consumables, resulting in low operating costs;
• Can be integrated with other equipment on the production line to improve the automation level of the production line;
• High-precision fine spots ensure perfect marking results; non-contact processing delivers clear, permanent, non-erasable, and aesthetically pleasing marks that effectively prevent counterfeiting;
• Long service life and pollution-free;
• Fast marking speed, greatly improving production efficiency;
• Power is controlled by software, and engraving depth is easily adjustable with continuous variation;
• Extremely small heat-affected zone, no thermal effects, no deformation or scorching of materials, long service life and pollution-free.
Applications:
CO₂ laser marking machines are dedicated non-metallic laser marking equipment, widely applied in non-metallic processing industries such as plastic products, clothing and leather, handicrafts and gifts, food packaging, and electronic components. They are suitable for non-metallic product factories, packaging workshops, handicraft processing enterprises, and production lines needing automated marking. Used for marking and cutting of plastic products, buttons, eyeglasses, food packaging, organic glass, rubber products and more, they provide high-precision, permanent marking, meeting the anti-counterfeiting and aesthetic needs of various non-metallic products.
