JZP-4-6000 is a CNC cutting center or called cutting production line, this line includes 5 units: control unit, loading unit, feeding unit, cutting unit and unloading unit. It is designed to improve production efficiency and optimize production schedule while maintaining cutting quality. It’s used for double miter 45 degree cutting,v cutting and mullion cutting of pvc profile,4 pieces of profiles can be cut at a same time.

• Loading unit
It is designed with 5 sets of two sets of retractable feeding devices, and the synchronous transmission of multiple sets of feeding devices is realized through the synchronous belt. During the processing of one set, the other set can continue to be manually placed, and the cutting time can be reasonably utilized.
• Unloading unit
• The receiving table before discharging can move forward and backward, and is set to two-stage pushing and discharging mode. When cutting, it avoids the gantry pulling device, and moves to the discharging table when receiving material, which is convenient for the operator to take the material.
