This 0.05mm tolerance cannot be achieved by machines built with aluminum profiles on the market, which fail to meet the requirements of fine processing. The chiller used in the Hisena UV laser marking machine is custom-made for the single-series machine and tailored for the UV laser, ensuring that the laser operates in a 100% constant-temperature environment. This fully protects the laser and maximizes its service life, while also maintaining stable laser power during operation. (UV laser crystals are highly sensitive to temperature; temperature fluctuations of just a few tenths of a degree can significantly affect laser power output.) Meanwhile, the chiller is equipped with comprehensive heat dissipation and various protection functions.

It can mark vector graphics, characters, barcodes, QR codes, etc. It can be upgraded to support online marking and automatic marking of dates, shifts, batch numbers and serial numbers. It supports file formats such as PLT, DXF, BMP, and directly uses SHX and TTF fonts.
