The E6800 Intelligent Sawing & Milling Workstation is an 18-axis CNC machining center purpose-built for flexible, high-efficiency aluminum door and window manufacturing. It transforms the traditional fragmented process by integrating four machining zones — front-end milling and laser engraving, central sawing, and dual rear-end milling — into one seamless, automatic workflow. Raw profiles are fed in, and finished parts come out with zero sorting and zero transfer, all in a single clamping. • Four-Zone Parallel Processing: A gantry-style front milling & laser unit handles lock holes, handle holes, drainage channels, and mounting holes; the central sawing unit executes cuts; two rear milling units finish corner code holes, glue injection holes, and corner relief. • Upper & Lower Saw Blade Configuration: The upper blade cuts any angle from 40° to 140° for complete miter flexibility, while the lower blade uses a fixed 45° bottom-up cut for trimming finished ends — preventing material chipping, improving cut finish, and extending blade service life.
• Unidirectional Feeding, Permanent Precision: A single-direction feeding robot eliminates mechanical backlash entirely, ensuring stable long-term cutting and positioning accuracy without the wear and error associated with reciprocating mechanisms.
• All-Spindle Milling, Zero Laser Holes: Six 3 kW high-speed spindles machine every slot, hole, and recess. This all-milling approach avoids the high equipment cost, ongoing maintenance expense, and profile coating “sunburn” damage inherent in laser cutting — preserving the profile’s surface finish and long-term corrosion resistance.
• One Clamping, Zero Transfer: Raw material enters, finished parts exit — automatically sorted and labeled. No intermediate inventory, no manual handling, and a direct handoff to the assembly line.
• Servo-Controlled Lateral Saw Movement: Both upper and lower saw spindles feature a side-shift function that retracts the blade clear of the cut surface, preventing micro-deformation drag marks and guaranteeing superior cut face quality.
• Fully Enclosed Eco-Friendly Machining: The sawing and milling unit is completely enclosed to contain aluminum chips and suppress noise. Integrated automatic chip removal keeps the workspace clean and safe.
• ERP-Ready Smart Manufacturing: Seamless integration with major window and door ERP platforms enables scan-to-start barcode processing. Production data flows directly from design drawings to the machine, enabling true digital manufacturing.
