In actual production, the operator simply sets the aluminium spacer width on the touch screen, and the machine automatically adjusts the nozzle position – no manual nozzle change is required. The variable‑frequency conveyor allows the coating speed to be smoothly adjusted between 2~45m/min, suitable both for small‑batch / multi‑variety flexible changeovers and for high‑speed continuous production. The large‑capacity glue cylinder (14KG per fill) effectively reduces the frequency of glue reloading. Together with the four‑section rotatable glue roller structure, daily cleaning and maintenance are extremely convenient.

The machine provides stable working pressure (extrusion pressure 10–20Mpa) and precise temperature control (110–140℃), ensuring that the butyl sealant always maintains good fluidity for uniform application – no bubbles, no interruptions. Total power consumption is only 3.75KW (220V supply), offering economical energy use. An optional liftable work table further improves operator comfort.
