• HJN-Z550×6500 is a CNC cutting center or called cutting production line, this line includes 5 units: control unit, loading unit, feeding unit, cutting unit and unloading unit. It is designed to improve production efficiency and optimize production schedule while maintaining cutting quality.The production capacity per shift is 2500 to 3000 pieces.
• The control unit is equipped with an industrial computer and servo drive system.
• Equipped with optimized software for reasonable production schedule, and also supports importing programs generated from other software via U-disk and wireless.
• Six CNC axes, multi-stage clamping and holding devices are realized by CNA communication, frequency converter, driver bus and PLC.
• HMI is easy to understand and operate.
• 7 profiles of loading capacity and automatic conveying.
• Automatic gripper feed.
• The cutting unit includes 3 spindles:two for mitre 45 degree cutting,one for 90 degree cutting.
