The coating speed on each side can also be independently fine-tuned via a "saturation" parameter (range 0.8-1.2) to accommodate minor variations.

1.Offline Mode: Operates as an independent unit; the operator places glass manually and triggers a foot pedal to start the process, ideal for low-volume, high-mix production.
2.Online Mode: Seamlessly connects with an upstream IGU line, automatically detecting incoming glass length and moving the suction cup to the glass center for picking, enabling fully automatic, non-stop flow production. The synchronized line speed can be set to ensure gentle glass transfer without scratching and accurate size measurement.
3.Intelligent Size Mode Switching: Automatically switches between large and small glass modes based on a set size threshold. In large glass mode, the machine waits until the outfeed section is completely clear before starting the next unit to avoid collisions. Small glass mode allows denser consecutive conveying, maximizing throughput.

• Precise Positioning for Perfect Alignment: The V-belt and head position automatically adjust to the "command position" based on the set glass and spacer thickness. After the suction cup returns to the origin, it auto-centers on the glass, ensuring every pick is perfectly centered. Multiple critical photoelectric sensor distance parameters (e.g., input outfeed sensor to nozzle distance, head height sensor to nozzle distance) can be independently adjusted to precisely control the nozzle-to-glass edge distance on every side, making start and end points extraordinarily accurate.
