Ukrainian Customer Visits After Ordering Trust Delivered on Schedule

On August 18, 2025, after thorough online communication, a Ukrainian customer made an important decision: placing a direct order with Hisena for a complete set of window and door processing equipment. The order included two 500 CNC Precision Saws with internal and external cutting capability, one 3-meter 3-axis machining center, one 450 CNC corner connector saw, and one automatic welding machine. With years of experience in window and door manufacturing, the customer demanded extremely high precision, stability, and production line coordination. Hisena’s complete-line proposal had already won initial recognition in terms of technical specifications, equipment configuration, and process compatibility. From assembly to quality inspection, and from component selection to complete machine trial operation, the group conducted a detailed and comprehensive inspection. The two 500 CNC Precision Saws produced profiles with smooth, clean cut surfaces, and the angle accuracy remained consistently within stringent standards even after repeated testing. The 3-meter 3-axis machining center demonstrated one-shot processing of drainage slots, lock holes, and various grooves, with smooth and precise tool paths. Customers are equally impressed by the welding strength and surface finish of the welding machine. By the end of the tour, the initial trust had been verified visually, with the customer nodding in approval repeatedly.

On October 27, 2025, after orderly production scheduling, final assembly, and factory inspection, the complete set of equipment was carefully packaged and officially shipped. From signing online in August, to witnessing in person in September, to on-time delivery in October — this cross-border cooperation followed a path both simple and powerful.
