HQ-D is designed to automate the welding and corner cleaning of pvc doors and windows. The design of the assembly line integrates the three processes of welding, feeding and corner cleaning.
- Four double-layer welding units can weld two rectangular window frames at the same time, with two corner cleaning units, high production efficiency, and only two people are required to operate, saving labor costs and labor intensity.
- The upper and lower clamps adopt patented technology, which has high flatness and high long-term application stability. The tools for corner cleaning are made of alloy material and are precision machined after quenching, which is standardized and supports interchangeability.
- The positioning system adopts high-precision linear square guide rails, and the feeding system is equipped with large inertia servo motors, which ensures high stability and positioning accuracy.
- Equipped with color touch screen and Siemens PLC, friendly man-machine interface and simple programming.
- The machine body is welded by thick-walled rectangular steel pipe, which has strong weighing capacity and is not easy to deform.
