A. Control Cabinet:
The control unit mainly processes computer signals, performs vector conversion, and drives synchronous signals through a dedicated matched stepper motor driver. The core driver of the control unit features excellent high-speed performance, no noise, and high stability.
C. Marking Head:
The mechanical part mainly executes the stepping motion according to system programs. The linear guide has high load-bearing and high-torque capabilities. The slider body adopts an embedded design when combined with the frame, end covers, and sealing plates, eliminating the need for screw fixation and saving design space. A fully sealed dustproof structure is formed by thin bottom and end face seals, greatly reducing the ingress of contaminants.
