Foreign Clients Drop by HISENA Factory for Hands-On Equipment Training & Tech Chat

It was a busy and rewarding day at HISENA factory on September 25, 2025—our foreign clients arrived at our factory specially for equipment operation learning and technical exchange, bringing a warm and lively atmosphere to the workshop.

Upon their arrival, our professional team first took the clients on a tour of the factory. We showed them our production workshop, equipment assembly line and quality inspection process, explaining the production details and technical highlights of our door and window equipment in a down-to-earth way. The clients listened carefully, asked questions from time to time, and showed great interest in our equipment’s performance and production efficiency.

The focus of this visit was equipment operation learning. Our experienced technical instructors conducted one-on-one guidance for the clients, starting from basic operation steps, parameter adjustment to daily maintenance and troubleshooting. The clients were very proactive, rolling up their sleeves to practice operation by themselves, and communicated with the instructors in detail whenever they encountered unclear points. The whole learning process was relaxed and interactive, and the clients quickly mastered the key operation skills of the equipment.
